It was established in April 2001 with a view of focussing on delivering exceptional customer service and concentrating on the fundamentals of the recruitment process including; Listening to client requirements, tailoring the comprehensive service effectively, accurately matching candidates to vacancies, continuously managing the recruitment process and delivering an honest and personal service at all times.
G.A.P. Recruitment is keen to evolve and offers a strong online presence, allowing clients to post and advertise vacancies directly onto the website and candidates to apply directly by uploading CV’s. However, it firmly believes a sustained quality service is dependent on building and maintaining a personal, tailored approach. All clients and candidates are met in person, consultants are encouraged to be proactive in managing the process not just securing placements, and the services are married to the needs of each client. G.A.P. Recruitment are keen to encourage clients to try the comprehensive service to prove that utilising a local, independent employment agency does not have to be an expensive option.
The dual offices in Paignton and Newton Abbot ensures G.A.P. Recruitment successfully provides temporary and permanent employment solutions to businesses throughout Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Totnes, Newton Abbot and Dartmouth.
