Lead Beach Attendant

We are looking for a responsible individual to work in a summer seasonal position. The duties will include;
-Day to day Supervision of seasonal beach staff when Manager absent
-To organise the cleaning of beaches, promenades and beach huts in conjunction with any seasonal contracts.
-Hiring and cash collection from deck chairs, sun loungers, and beach huts.
-Collection of fees for boat launching, and other amenities.
-Responsible for the cash float, the daily control of all income and the completion of way bills.
-Maintaining accurate records of transactions, events and incidents.
-To supervise in general terms the activities of leaseholders and reporting any concerns to the line manager.
-To assist in the delivery and operational organisation of events.
-Ensure that tools, plant, equipment, vehicles and buildings are used correctly and not damaged.
-To carry out minor repairs to beach huts promenades and buildings.
-To arrange transport and to move beach huts to and from site.
Previous experience does not have to be directly related to this position, but experience in a supervisory role (or position of responsibility) would be preferred. First Aid at Work certificate required.
Starts June
Full Time hours - 6 days per week (including weekends).
